Convenient location close to the airport with a comfy bed. Easy access to the entertainment activities organized by the animation team and the main dining spots. 🌟

The view of the hotel as located infront of the sea direct,the style of the guest were good ,the stuff were so helpufull,the food was fine I hope to return back soon

The only point was the food ,I recognized that there are a lot of food finish before the end of time espically in lunch and dinner so my reccomandation is to increase the quantity of food

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was GOOD. Had a comfortable experience staying at the standard room. The location was favourable - near to many areas as well as the sea. It also was far away from the downtown. Food was delicious and perfect; the staff were absolutely perfect.

The breakfast has a good selection of items, the rooms are very clean, the staff are competent, and the location is charming with a restaurant and bars nearby, and it's conveniently located close to the airport.

Stuff are friendly ,close location ,value for money

at the early days of our stay , the resturants stuff kept asking us every time we request baverage (all inclusive base ) " what is your room number "? when i asked him why they were asking , they alwys told me that some of the guests are half board basis and other are all inclusive basis !! it is better for the hotel and the geusts that the hotel use a colourful Bracelet to Differentiate between different accomodation systems , like other similar hotels doing !

the hotel's location was super in terms of everything. moreover, it's next to palm beach resort, the sea behind the bar and activities ran by the animation team.

The rooms here are amazing, with a drink, terrace, and balcony in a lovely location.

We stayed one week from Wednesday 27 July to Wednesday 3 August 2011. The hotel is quite big and at around 10 kilometers from the city center. The hotel as well as the rooms are really clean. The staff is helpful. Nice swimming pool and nice beach. Towels are available for free at the beach as well as the swimming pool and are changed every day. For addicted-sport people, the fitness room is quite well equipped for an hotel. The animation team is nice but the day animation is light. Notice that they organize really good shows.

The staff members do not speak French at all. During the period we stayed there, most of the customers are from Eastern Europe. That is why probably we did not like the food. For us, the quantity was there but we are still looking for the quality. For instance, there is no fruit apart from apples and (tasteless) water melon. The food is really repetitive (pasta, potatoes, chicken, and beef). The bread was dreadful! Of course, we are French...!-) The bed was not really comfortable.

The staff members were very nice and helpful especially the operation and room mangers were very helpful. Beach is good swimming pool is very nice. Food and restaurant were good

Food was ok but need more varieties and drink should be more the electricity is on and off always though it doesn’t take a long time to return back. The Visa machine need to be replaced with a new one as it is always not working and i paid cash instead of the Visa

The location was great, with El Dahar close by. Our room was impeccably clean and the staff were very professional. 🌟 We also appreciated the free parking right outside, which made things very convenient.

the beach is nice and big

my room was so small and there was no balcony in my room . food quality is very low and i couldnt even eat at the hotel i go out to eat during my stay at this hotel. drinks are not tasty at all . kinda far from the downtown. u can find much better resort with the same rate of palm beach .

The location in this area was great, and we enjoyed delicious Italian meals at a nearby restaurant, overall had a pleasant stay here.

The hotel is wonderful , the kindness of most of the stuff , the cleanance of the hotel , and the beuty of the red see will affect my decision to go there again , i was met by the hotel manager the first day i arrived, and felt that that they put the guest at the first priority.

the main resturant supervisor was quite tuff in treating guest at dinner time , he sometimes prevent guests in a non friendly way from taking thier dinner at the time they like ( from 7 :10 pm) , and claim that the resturant was full and told some guest to come back after 1 hour.

I reaaly appreciate the staff, the are friendly, smiley and willing to do their best to help. The beach is very nice also and this was the most attractive thing we are looking for.

There is nothing major I could complain about. All things we wasnt happy with were minor and can appear in any other place, for example most of the seats on the beach was reserved by towels for a long time with no any usage. I would say that the hotel management should find a way to control that.
